White Bean and Black Olive Tapenade

Great piercing flavors!
1 can white beans (cannelini ok), rinsed & drained
10 black olives
1 clove garlic
1 sprig green onion
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon or lime juice
1. Place all ingredients in a mini chopper and blend to desired thickness. 

Serve with pita chips or crackers.  Can also be used as spread for toast.
