KATEY'S SALSA

Ingredients
24 C Tomatoes chopped and peeled
6 c chopped onion
9 cloves minced garlic
2 c chopped green pepper
1 c chopped jalepeno peppers (6 peppers)
4 12 oz cans tomato paste
2 c chopped banana pepeprs
1 bunch chopped cilantro
1 c sugar
3 3/4 c white vinegar
1/2 c canning salt
3 tsp black pepper
5 tsp chili powder
 
Directions
1. Bring to a boil then simmer for 10 minutes
2. Process in jars - water bath 
15 minutes - pint jars
25 minutes - quart jars

Makes 10-12 quarts of Salsa
