Vegan Blueberry Muffins

So easy. So delicious.
Ingredients
3/4 cup rice milk (or other non-dairy milk)
1/2 cup applesauce
1/2 cup water
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup blueberries
 
Directions
1. Mix wet ingredients. Mix dry ingredients. Add blueberries to dry ingredients and coat with the flour mixture. Mix together and bake at 400 F for about 18 minutes, or until golden brown.
 
Notes:
I use frozen organic wild blueberries, but they are also tasty with fresh blueberries.
