Anar's Favorite
Ingredients
3 cups Rice Flour
3 cups Water
1 1/2 tsp Soda Bicarbonate
3 tsp Salt
1 tsp Ajimo
1 tsp Jiru
1 tsp thl ( Seasame seeds)
6 Green Chillie's Chopped or 2 tsp Ginger/Garlic/Chilli Chopped
3/4 tsp White Pepper
 
Directions
1. Boil the 3 cups of water , add salt, ajimo,jiru,thl.green chillies,white pepper.
2. Add soda bicarbonate
3. Add the rice Flour, mix so that all flour is mixed evenly.
4. Mix and make round balls with a small hole in the middle.
5. In a pressure cooker , steam the balls on a steamer.
 
Notes:
Let the whistle go once only.
