Red Potatoes with Basil & Rosemary

Microwaved potatoes, heated through with butter, rosemary and basil.
2-4 red potatoes
2 tbsp butter or margerine
1. Cut potatoes into 1 inch squares

2. Add to warm water just to cover potatoes and put in the microwave for 10 minutes, stirring every 3
3. Drain the water from the potatoes and add the butter. Sprinkle a decent amount of basil and a few pinches of rosemary onto them and stir with a spoon just until the potatoes begin to mash..then stop.
4. Microwave again for 2 minutes. Stir and serve hot.
