INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Unsalted Butter, softened
1 1/2 Cups Granulated Sugar
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar (packed)
2 Eggs
1 1/2 Teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
3 Cups All Purpose Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 12 oz White Chocolate Chips
1 1/2 Cups Mauna Loa Macadamia Nuts (chopped)
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
3. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well.
4. Blend in flour, baking soda and salt.
5. Stir in white chocolate chips and macadamia pieces.
6. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet.
7. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
